Chocolate Bliss Balls
Makes about 12 bliss balls
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
4 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 cup medjool dates (pitted) – about 10 dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
What do I do now?
- Set aside the dates and agave nectar.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
- Add the dates and agave nectar and blend again.
- Form into balls and roll in some shredded coconut.

Store these in the fridge for about a week and enjoy!
